The peaceful location was perfect for our needs. the well-tended gardens right by the hotel were lovely. - the hotel's proximity to the train station made it convenient for traveling to Edinburgh and Glasgow. - the hot breakfast, especially the Eggs Benedict, was delicious. - They offered a nice selection of alcoholic drinks.

The total stay was enjoyable for two nights. the magnificent location was close to the train station, with easy links to Edinburgh. We were near 2 bars, the front of house, and the restaurant for breakfast or evening dinner.

The room was spotless and I loved the pool, it was nice. Comfy beds, the staff were efficient and accommodating. The location was pleasant, at a moderate distance from St Machan Church. The service was good during my stay. Everything was excellent, even so a few employees were busy.
